In conformity with Decision of the Council of 6 December 1999 on the improvement of information on the Council's legislative activities and the public register of Council Documents, the content of certain categories of document has been included in the Register.

This means that:

• the Council's Register indicates which documents have been released to the public, and
• for those particular documents, a full text-search may be carried out, since their content is available on the Internet.
